All entry and editing of forms is automated and fully contained within an industry-leading web-based application tailored to the Collections & Receivables Management industry. Drop down menus ensure consistency and advanced search options provide extensive metric review options. Reports are automatically logged and automated email notifications instantly communicate report status to all affected parties and the report's discussion section eliminates the need to write or receive additional emails.

Pending Reports

Allow staff to open any report but require supervisor approval before the report is entered into the database.


IT / Client Service / Compliance Requests

Our 3 types of Request Forms allow you to reap the benefits of improved communication, tracking, and analysis for specific parts of your organization.

IT Requests track information system projects, allowing you to view current status, select priorities and receive automated email updates in a system that any user can easily maintain. Client Service Requests make sure requests to your clients are not lost and allow access to easy to run reports of request trends.
