We develop project plans that fit with your company philosophy and provide regular updates to the team members every step of the way. We will also assist you in developing a documented company policy based on your current mission statement that can be supported by your policies and procedures.

PPMS™ Training

Training for the whole company, small groups or one-on-one is essential for change management and educating your company on the benefits and function of ACA International's Professional Practices Management System. Training materials and presentations will be developed that can be used as is or adapted for educating new hires and clients.

Preparation of PPMS™ Documentation

Peacock Consulting, LLC will develop any required new documentation and transfer any existing documentation to comply with ACA International's Professional Practices Management System. The final product will be your Company Manual, which provides the foundation your company will build on.

• Development of formats for forms, work instructions and procedures
• Transfer of existing documentation to PPMS™ format
• Creation of any new required procedures for PPMS™ certification
• Preparation of the Company Manual

Internal Audits

While performing the internal audit required by ACA International's Professional Practices Management System, Peacock Consulting, LLC will design an auditing process that works for your company and provide guidance on how to manage future audits.

• Perform annual audit required for PPMS™ certification

Standardization of Measurements

Peacock Consulting, LLC will assist with the standardization of measurements that will enhance core understanding of trends and display levels of performance. Direction will be given to deliver measurements in a format that is meaningful to your entire organization.
